Tis The Season For Helping Others But 1st We Scare you. Happy Halloween.

Seems like most of what we see now right on through the holiday season is fundraisers to help the less fortunate. I know everyone makes these as good as they can be I think most of the charities are surprised at the generosity of a bunch of ole hot rodders so keep it up folks I know it is appreciated.

 

Also this week is the SEMA show in Vegas so if your going to visit your favorite shop you might want to call first to make sure they are in.

“WEEKEND UPDATE early” The Rest of October is Very Busy Car Week in These Here Parts

So here is our weekend update early so we can get the Black Bear Diner Folks offer up they sent. see ya there: Hey! Let’s go out for an Eating! The great folks at the new Black Bear Diner, exit 13, have invited us to dinner. Thursday, the 25th at 4;30. If you tell them you are with  The Hot Rod group, you will get to sit in the special room and receive 15% off of your check. Everyone is invited as always, and the food is great. See you there!

OOPs I forgot to make Kens part the same size as the rest were good now Sorry dude. Wow we had great weather  for the 1st responders show and had a great turn out and Darren looks like he pulled off another awesome show good job.

Busy, Busy Southern Utah (as usual) Weekend Update 10/19/18

The main Collector Car highlight for the next weekend in this region will be the Car Guys Care 1st Responders Appreciation Car Show in Washington City. Click right HEREto check out the flyer. You may also visit Car Entry Form  for the registration form. JC Hackett everyone’s favorite DJ for car shows will be coming all the way down from the frigid north to provide some great music and act as the main center for all the action. Desert Sports Management and Darren Nuttall has put a lot of work into this fundraiser.

 

This weekend could be about the busiest weekend this area has ever seen and more than enough for anyone. Get Up, Get Out, and Get Busy doing all you can as we oldies are runnin’ out of time faster than a firecracker.

A great weekend just shot by with so many car things going on it was amazing….Cruises, Cruise-Ins, Show & Shines, Car Shows, and just dinkin’ around. If you missed it all just stand by because there is lots of stuff coming up. Try to take advantage off this great weather before it gets too darn cold for early morning or late afternoon things.

Oct 13 at 8 AM – Oct 14 at 5 PM  Saturday  Southern Utah All Gens Camaro Club Join us for a scenic drive through several of Utah’s beautiful parks. We will start by enjoying the views of Dixie National Forest on HWY 14 going through Duck Creek. Next, we will head up HWY 89 to Bryce National Park where we will most likely stop for lunch. Then it’s on to HWY 12 through Escalante and Boulder. We will cut over to HWY 24 through Hanksville and up to I-70. Finally, we will hit HWY 191 down to Arches National Park in Moab. We’ll grab some dinner somewhere in Moab, stay the night, and head back home on Sunday. The return route can be shorter if we just want to make good time back. The Rain is Probably History for a Bit

I hate thinking up the heading for these posts it seems so easy, But Kens are always better than mine so whenever I can steal one I do. I will be checking Kens site whenever he puts up something I will post it so you don’t get one from each of us. Also watch for Kens Korner on the top menu.
